Thinking about jumping.

  Drat!  She sees me!

Yea, I see you...trying to get
one of my suet feeders!

How do I know?

Cause you already got one and

Cute?  Yea.

How cute is that. I can't believe you are even able to take a shot of these beauties. Around here they run for their lives if they see you.
Hope you got all your cleaning done yesterday so that today could be a day of rest and tranquility.
Off to the hospital, my Mom is back in again.

Oh, WOW...those squirrel photos are amazing! So hard to capture those squirmy little creatures.

Jill...I love your new header and "Chillin' with Jill"! It made me smile when it appeared.

I was trying to take a video earlier. We had four of them in one tree chasing each other. By the time I got the camera and got back outside? They had moved two trees down from us. Lol. Cute? Definitely, but you are correct. A big pain in the neck for birds! And bird feeders. I've seen people cover the wire with Vaseline so squirrels can't climb or hang on them. Milo says he can come by and bark at them for ya!

We have kamikaze squirrels in our neighborhood...they dash in front of my car at the last possible second, forcing me to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting them. They drive me crazy.

But...after finding that sweet little baby squirrel a few months ago, I look at them in a different light. They still annoy me to pieces, but....

Oooh Jill, she is precious!... I love squirrels! I am so happy to see you mark your photos as your own, hopefully no one will steal them now like they did mine... people need to be nice and play fair with other peoples pictures... please keep showing your precious little creatures that visit you!... xoxo Julie Marie

LOL I had a similar squirrel experience last weekend. As a friend told me, squirrels are the best critters in the world at adjusting to a current situation.

The squirrels at my mom's house get up in her seed feeder and toss all the see out! So, she put an old Webber BBQ under the feeder so the seed would end up in there and added old bread. They took the bread slices home like they had our foxed her and left the "little stuff alone!" Joke's on them, unless she ends up with a fox visiting, then what??

Thanks for sharing such cute photos with us, Jill!

Blessings,
Donna

I'm not a fan of squirrels ever since a family moved into our attic in our old house and we had to pay a fortune to capture them! But your pictures are nice! Hope you had a nice day!

This is too funny!! My little suet feeder is still missing in action--I had to buy a new one!! :-)

Tammy said...

I hear ya!

We put a padlock on ours to keep them from opening it...I have to use a key to fill it...LOL

I wouldn't mind so much if they didn't ruin the feeder in the process.

Oh my gosh what a stinker. They are a joy though. I love watching the critters at play and my red dog loves playing with them. Your photos are lovely all through your blog.

I'm having a giveaway if you would like to put your name in. Hugs. I look forward to following along.
