i guess he looks pretty small so maybe he is not too scary. but it's still a snake so i'm on the verge of totally not cool, freaking out moment. but so great for photos-op. i'm wondering about the last shot too? did he get her, biting wise, in the last view? (:

No snakes for me, please. John saw a rattlesnake yesterday when he was spraying mesquite.

I can't believe you even took a picture! I would have screamed so loud or ran so fast I would have been gone to the next county!
She so reminds me of my daughter the animal lover...lol

How precious... When I was a little girl I used to chase snakes, hoping I could catch one. I put every bug I could find in my pocket. Love that kid!!

Oh my! I am not afraid of snakes, at least if I can identify them, but I don't think I could pick one up. I leave that to R. Bless her!

So funny! I love her faces. It does look like the snake is biting her pants in the last picture!

Had to laugh at this one, Becky, because my Libby is a 'snake charmer' too! I think it's pretty awesome to see a young girl break out of the mold and be different, don't you? "Maybe she will be a lion tamer" was the line from one of our favorite bed-time stories... :)
