The Path to Love?

As I walk in
the warmth of the sun,
I can almost feel you.

My heart races
a little faster
at the thought of
seeing you.

I remember
the wine we
shared at this very table.

Sadly, the memories
are as
elusive
as you are.
I walk alone.
Dreaming of
what could have been.

You never walk alone, Jill, but then you already know that. Your faith will see you through.
This was a sad journey. Smile, darlin' and float the river.

Keep on that Path and in the bend in the road is where maybe you will find what you least expect. Loved this. Thank you for sharing.
Hugs sent.

I have been down this same road...and, if you keep going, don't turn back, you will be surprised at what's waiting at the end of your journey...I know I was. Blessings are there, at the end of our road.
