Something to think about . . .
AMEN - JILL THIS IS SO TRUE - at least in my opinion! sandie
I am Indian and Hindu, and am kind of amazed by the (lack of) religious/moral education in our schooling systems. What I do not understand is why keeping the Bible or some other religious book with oneself is not allowed in your schools?
ain't that the truth!
Totally agree !!! Have a wonderful start to our week !
there sure is something missing!!they are soooo lucky to have you jill!!
How true. What a screwed up system we have. Ana
I couldn't agree with you more!
Wow...that really puts it in perspective, doesn't it?Thanks for stopping by, Jill! Sorry I wasn't able to return the visit sooner...so glad I was able to help as well! :DCheers to a beautiful new week!xoxo,Tammy<3
But it makes sense and that doesn't happen much anymore!
Thanks for the thought -- :)
I haven't seen that one before.
I agree wholeheartedly! Nip it at the bud...or before it even starts. Great post!
I totally agree, but I will tell you a secret, but don't tell my boss...if a student bring his/her bible and read it in my class, I just smile, walk by their desk, and whisper very quietly, "I think it is cool that you are reading that." I usually get a big smile back. The bible is great literature and contains a moral code for life and society and I think it would be great if we studied (and lived it) a bit more.
I love this.
Yes Yes Yes.
TRUE THAT GIRL!Cindy Bee
Dear Jill, Amen to that. Blessings, Catherine xo
