Red Sky

It seems the
only sun we've
had lately
is for a sunset.

I get out and
enjoy it while I can.

I caught this sunset last night,
which reminded me
of the old saying:

"Red sky at night,
sailor's delight.
Red sky at morning,
Sailor's take warning."

It looks like
there is a lake
or pond
back there but there
isn't.

I do agree though,
it was delightful!

I was ready to jump in the lake and then I though, wait, there isn't a lake back there. I love those pin trees.

OK. "I thought" and "pine trees". Haste makes waste.

Too true the only time for sun has been a sunset. Same here. But .... sunset and sunrise are the most beautiful times. Glad you appreciated yours.

Well, you know how I am about SUNSETS!! These are beautiful pictures. Today has been rainy here for us, so I may not have a sunset op this evening.
