Rural Thursday Blog Hop #3

When living rural,
there are no shortages of fences.
I happen to prefer the grass covered ones.

How about you?

The green one with a rail missing is just the sort of obstacle I would've enjoyed jumping my horse over in high school ;-) Great pics Jill! Thanks for linking up today!

I'm actually a fan of the clean look, but that's not always realistic, is it? These are wonderful rural fences, Jill.

Thanks so much for sharing at Rural Thursday! :)

I found this time of year even w/o leaves and flowers pretty in it's own way. Boy does the green fence pop against the hay!!
You have such a good eye for pretty things.

I love the contrast between the green fence and the dry grass. Have a nice week. Greetings from Romania.

I was thinking the same thing as Lisa - I would've loved to have been able to jump my horse over the green one.

Hi Jill , here in the burbs, fences divide our properties, but I love the Osage orange trees that still stand that dividied the original farmsteads. Great photos, thanks for sharing! Love, Penny

Hi Jill, the green fence is lovely, it makes a perfect distraction in all the yellowish grass.
Have a great day!

Do people really store their hay out in the open like that? Or isn't that hay?
