A Special Treat

I have always wanted to like tea.
Problem is, I just don't like that tea flavor.
I have tried just about
every tea flavor there is.
Cinnamon, peppermint,
lemon, orange, berries of all kinds,
and, well, you get the idea.

I have always thought
it would be so comforting
to settle in my easy chair with
a nice cup of tea
on a chilly
wintry day.

Until today,
that had never happened.
Today,
I am happy to tell you I am sipping a wonderful cup
of tea while writing to you, dear readers.

It's all thanks to this new tea I found.

You may click on this link to review this tea
or any of the many items
they offer:

As soon as I saw the name and
the lovely apples on the package,
I had high hopes of finally finding
the tea for me.

From the minute I unfolded the inner wrapper,
I was overcome by the very
pleasant aromas
of apple and cinnamon.
How perfect on this blustery
November day!

As the hot water met the tea bag,
the aromas became even more alive
and wafted up my nose,
immediately bringing a smile to my face.
One taste of the finished product
and I was hooked.
The taste is like a taste of home.
It brings back memories
of apple orchards, apple butter
apple pie and dare I say it, memories
of a childhood filled with love.

I invite you to try it.
If you already like tea,
I'm sure you're going to love it.
If you are unsure about tea like I was,
I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!

(Disclaimer:  Celestial Seasonings have no idea who I am and
that I am endorsing their product.  I just wanted to share it with all
of you because I am enjoying it so much)!

I love tea! I love coffee! I'm one of those who has a hard time deciding between the two. My conclusion...coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon. The apple cinnamon tea sounds wonderful. Oh, ice tea in the summer:)

I love a good cup of tea but it is usually and good old Tetley Tea bag. I've never tried a flavoured tea before, but this sounds delicious. I may just have to look for this in the shops. :))

Congratulations for finding a tea you enjoy! I'm a fan of tea - especially green tea. But I grew up with tea. I learned to like coffee as an adult. :)

This flavor was my late dad's favorite. It always made the house smell so fragrant when he made a cup. So happy you found the right one for you on such a cold Nov. day! Enjoy!

I have always loved tea, but it gives me bad headaches. My youngest daughter (20) also loves tea but also gets bad headaches. I would love to try it but I think the headache will over power the desire to try it.
Thank you for sharing though and enjoy your tea for me and for you.

Dear Jill, I am happy for you. It is nice when you find something you really like. I know the feeling. I found a ginger tea that I love. When I make myself a cup of this tea I really fell like am am treating myself. The best part is I found a market that sells it 1/2 price!! Well, until tomorrow my friend. Blessings, Catherine xo

I'm more of a hot chocolate person but glad you found your cup of tea. I used to like hot Dr. Pepper in winter.

I have this tea and it's delicious.. Keep an extra box on hand because sometimes I can't find it in our store. I think it's such a popular brand everyone is buying it ~ especially this time of year.
Have a great day~ Ta ta for now from Iowa:)

I like their gingerbread tea this time of year. It's not too gingery - it really does taste like the cookies!

You should make a visit to Teavana. They have the most delicious teas. My favorite tastes like melted cinnamon candies. They have so many flavors and give free samples! We have one in our mall. No bitter taste :)

Hi Jill,

Glad you found a tea you enjoy! I love a good cup of tea, actually a good pot of tea! It's all I drink. This one, I could almost smell the cider aroma coming through my computer screen!

My everyday favorite it French Vanilla by Bigelow. Mmmmm.

I hope you find more you enjoy!

Blessings,
Donna
