After our day
of labor on
Saturday,
Sunday
was a relatively quiet day.
A little laundry.
A little crafting.
A little reading.
And of course,
we had to play
some cards.
Skip-Bo
is our game of choice
these days.
Look who
wanted to join in...
Cupid!
He does love
his
deck time on
"his"
chair.

I now spend a survey of bloggers with such questions.
1. Why did you create a blog?
2. For whom you taking him? Want to be popular?
3. How long will it keep going?

Jill, I noticed I misspelled something, so I thought I'd try again. Thanks for the nice comments on my post. It sounds like you had a pleasant weekend. I haven't played Skip-Bo since "forever"-I'll have to do that soon. Have a nice week. Mickie:)
I read all your posts you made in the last 4 days.. What a project of redoing the garden.. Great Job~! I used railroad ties to raise mine up and it works well.
Skip Bo is my one of my favorite games to play with my grandchildren. I always keep a deck in the car ~ that way I'm ready to play wherever I am.
I love you cat.. He looks so comfy sitting in the chair..
Have a Blessed Day~! ta ta for now from Iowa:)
Oh I forgot to tell you I went to the library and got the book Shanghai Girls written by Lisa See. I'm planning on this afternoon after I get my chores done to sit down and read what looks like a wonderful good book. Thanks for telling me about the books that Lisa wrote.

That's not cupid. It's the Lion King.
It has been years since I played Skip-Bo, I have great memories of playing it that I've not thought of in a long time...Thanks for reminding me of them! I hope you have an enjoyable evening!
Cute, cute kitty! It is great to spend lazy, quiet Saturday and Sunday. It is refreshing and recharging time. I love your poetic words and photos! Have a wonderful day!
I've never heard of Skip Bo. Maybe Cupid could teach me.
Hi Jill, thanks for your very nice comment on my post. Sunday was a day of rest for us, too. Good thing because the storms last night kept me awake far too long. Your kitty is a cutie. Mine would be up on the table trying to lay on the cards! :D
I've never played Skip Bo!
