They Like It

...they really like it!

Remember my heated
dog dish turned bird bath?
The birds
can't get enough of it!

I have counted 15 birds in here at a time, with
more waiting on the table, over
the last few days.

The goldfinch, purple finch,
chickadees and nuthatches
have been landing by the hundreds.
I wish you could hear the sound
coming from the pine trees.
It's almost deafening at times.
They seem to be announcing,
"Spring will be coming!"

How cute is that. They seem like they are having a great time. We have had rain and I mean nasty rain all day here.
Off to play dominoes and scrabble and monopoly with hubby. The day is great for it.
Have a great weekend Jill. Oh, almost forgot. If you could please pass on the word to others to send a card to Sebastian.
Thanks, ANA

Blue skies and pleasant yesterday, grey, snow and cold today! Nothing but STRANGE aound here . . .

These are such cute pictures. It's great to think of something that will help wild creatures in the winter, and then to see them really using and enjoying it. What a good idea that heated birdbath was.
