Please Read

I know it's the holidays.
I know this isn't easy to watch.
But these kids do not get a break
so I'm going ahead with posting it here.

If I can help just ONE person,
it will be worth it.

Please pray for Jonah.
And ALL of the other
children being bullied.
Only we can stop this.

Jonah posted an update.
He has "come out."
He is doing OK.
He has made some new friends.

For whatever reason,
no one deserves to be bullied.

To Jonah
and all of the others.
I CARE.
Many others do too.
PLEASE never give up.
You are beautiful.
You are special.
YOU ARE LOVED!

Dear Jill... I cannot bring myself to watch the video as my heart is already aching for anyone, not just children, who are bullied... I was shy as a little girl and constantly taunted and teased because of my shyness... I did not have alot of friends as I was not outgoing enough and kept mostly to myself, except for my family... as I grew older and much wiser, I now speak up not only for myself but for ANYONE who is being bullied...often people think it is just children... each year at Christmas, I donate to a wonderful State run home here for the elderly who have been physically or mentally abused by THEIR OWN FAMILY and are now in state's custody... they all live together and consider each other family... their own families who abused them have restraining orders to keep them away... for which I am grateful... I have said many times, I am the nicest lady in the world, but if someone abuses a child, an animal, an elderly person, well anyone for that matter I become their worst nightmare!... thank you for speaking up as well on behalf of these precious people... I am no longer the shy, scared little girl I once was, and will defend them to the end... much love, xoxo Julie Marie

Those who bully have so much hate in their hearts - I wonder some times how can someone be so mean to another person? WE all have to do something about it. What ever we can - but each child, each person regardless of age, should feel wanted.

Blessings Jill, for bringing this up! Praying is the best thing we can do together!

Hugs,
Donna

This is so nice of you to blog about. I was not bullied in school but I did see alot of it. Of course nothing like today where kids are being killed. Something definitely needs to get done.
Thanks so much for sharing. What a caring person you are with a heart of Gold.

This is been going on since before I was a kid -- and I think we all have been made fun of or bullied at one time or another. When will it stop? Great post, Jill. xoxo

Thank you Jill for "using your voice" to spread the word . . . I have such a difficult time understanding "the why" of "bullied" disregard for another . . . being young, old, in, "out", human, animal . . . no excuse . . .

I wanted to be his friend and help him after watching it. : (.. I'm glad that Jonah was strong enough to make and post the video. I wish that bullies would stop and think about what they are doing to others. Thanks for updating us on Jonah.
