A Gypsy in the Making?

Something is wrong with me.
Alright, hold your wisecracks.
This is different for me.

I do not want to be at home.
All I want to do is go away.
I don't care if it's a hotel
or camping in the wilderness.
I want to go, go, go.

I don't remember ever being like this before.
Is it age?
I hope it's not a mid life crisis...I think I'm too old for that now.
Is it escapism?
Nothing is any worse than it's ever been so I don't think it is.

Or...is it something I remember my parents joking about?
They used to kid(?) that we were all "part gypsies" because we all liked to move around so much.
Oh boy.
When I did my blog post back in May,
I'd vowed to "step out of my comfort zone" this year.
But being a gypsy isn't exactly what I had in mind.

I think I'll try "running" away a few more times before school starts.
I hope that will cure me.

However, if you see me wearing boots,
large hoop earrings,
scarves and skirts,
please, gently let me know
that I've crossed the line.

You've got the cleavage to pull it off!!!

I think it is really cool that you are getting out of your comfort zone and going....going....I am sure that you will eventually hit the wall and not want to move foot outside your door....but for now, enjoy the ride!!!
