Fabric Pumpkin Tutorial

Several of you asked for a tutorial on the pumpkins,
so here it is.
Some of the colors are way off
and I apologize for that.
I've never done a tutorial so I hope this
is understandable.

First, cut out circles of material in any size you would like,

Next, take a basting stitch around the circle,
about 1/8" from the edge and about 1/2" long and
1/2" apart.

Once you have completed your basting stitch,
take both ends of your thread and pull to gather
the edges slightly.

Fill with stuffing to your
desired fullness.

Pull thread to close plumpkin,
leaving a small hole big enough
to place a stick for the stem.
Tie off  thread.

Make some raffia bows
and gather silk leaves, acorns,
berries or anything of your liking.

Then have fun decorating them the way you like!
A hot glue gun works best so be careful not to burn yourself!

Great tutorial. You know I'm not so great with sewing projects, but even I might could pull this off. Maybe.
