Such a soft, gentle
awakening to the day,
in light of being awakened
by two owls conversing
at 4:00 a.m.
I'm not complaining, I do love to listen
to them.
I just wish they had arrived a little later so
I could have seen them!
Spring is springing.
The Rhododendron is usually blooming
for Mother's Day.
Very early yet so appreciated.

Good MOrning JIll. I know what you mean about being woken up by some creature. Mine just happened to have been my husband. I am not complaining, just saying.
YOur pictures are nice. The first 2 pictures look like there is a brush fire. Gorgeous. There is a full moon outside it is so huge and beautiful.

Aaaaaaah spring and the beauty it brings even at 4a.m. ACK!
Happy Easter weekend to you!
Owls always seem to like to converse in the dark when we can't see them. I too like to hear them.
Our peonies will also be about a month early this year.
I can imagine that was a lovely sound to wake up to.
Your flowers are looking lovely.
It seems everyone is early early this year! Woooo!!!
your rhodo is gorgeous...i love the color ;))
happy easter weekend!!
Really nice photos Jill. I would have loved to just hear the owls.
So so pretty Jill!
We are supposed to get frost or a freeze this week -- I'm afraid everything will be nipped and ruined. Hopefully, this will not happen (fingers crossed.)
Beautiful blooms, Jill. :)
