going to believe this one!
As I was raking
and burning yesterday,
Becky excitedly announced she
spotted a chipmunk.
Off she went to search
for her little buddy.
Next thing I know,
she's coming around the side of the house
yelling, "I caught it" while
carrying my watering can.
Sure enough!
She saw it run into the can,
swept the can up
and brought the little
cutie back to show me.
Here it is...
After snapping this shot,
I placed some peanut butter on a stick,
laid the can on it's side and got
this shot before "he" took off.

Those little Elvin's drive me crazy . . . why they have to live around our house I will never know. They were not INVITED. Maybe Becky could bring the watering can, catch ours . . . take them home to YOU?
We have a lot around here too with chipmunk holes everywhere. Becky was brave if you ask me to carry it. If it came out I'd probably scream - city girl. lol sandie

Becky must be pretty quick, lucky little chipmunk to get a lick of PB,
Aww, I got a chipmunk once, but um, it was only after our dog got it. It was a cute little thing and lived for a few days though.
