Calico Beans

I had several requests for
the recipe for the
Calico Beans
I served at Becky's party and
 I thought some of you
might enjoy them too.

1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
1/2 lb. bacon, browned and drained
1 medium onion, diced
3/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 can navy beans, drained
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 can butter beans, drained
1 can pork and beans

Combine all ingrediants, place in crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

WOWOWOWOW
Now we are just plain hungry...those look scrumptious and Mom loves anything in the crock pot especially when it is hot you don't have to heat up the kitchen. We're hitting triple digits this weekend.

Jill you saved the day...my daughter and son in law and my parents are coming for supper next Friday. I will serve these with pride and pleasure. They will surely be a hit.

Me again...we hang our heads in shame for missing the most wonderful post on Tuesday. We have just finished taking it all in. Ms. Jill you could must certainly be an event planner.
Everything was gorgeous and thank goodness Mother Nature kept her presence in the background.
