From Thrifty to Nifty

I wish I had taken
before pictures
of these two items.

I found them at a local thrift store.
One was a reddish brown and
the other one
was blonde wood.

A few coats of spray
paint later
and I'm quite pleased with the results.

Best of all,
they work perfectly
for what I had envisioned
for them!
Paper punches in one...
Misc. in the other.

I'd love to hear
all about your trash to treasures!

Spray paint is my FAVORITE! They turned out really cute. I have been working on a few projects and the weather has been too cold to finish them. Hopefully soon I can post about my thrifty treasures, too! :)

Great idea!
Seems that most of my trash to treasure ideas are for my flower gardens. I love to find old wooden stools and low benches to sit flower pots on.

I'm alway jealous of people who can treasures out of trash. I need more of a creative edge. Very nice Jill.

Wow Jill! Those turned out lovely. I have a small table that I need to fix up, but I'm waiting for a warm up. :)
