For Sale

I am not sure if there
is anything
more inconvenient
than putting your house
on the market.

At a moments notice,
one must vacant the premises
for anyone that wants
to view the property.

Like much of the country,
we had a heat wave come through
last week.
With heat temps in the 90's
and humidity
(to us Minnesotans, the humidity is the key)
in the 70's, it was beastly.

Without anyplace we needed to be,
we grabbed Max and headed to a park.

Of course,
we had to make one stop first,
for something cool.

The view was nice.

Although,
someone could care less.

Do we all agree?

This guy doesn't realize
he's a DOG!

I must have missed something --- did you put your house up for sale?

I hear ya about the house...Ours is up for sale right now. We aren't living in it, which is convenient, but then...it isn't because we are 20-25 minutes away, and have to make several trips to 'check on things', and keep it looking nice while they are showing it.

I hope things go your way with the move.

These are the cutest pics! Nothing worse than trying to kill time while people wander thru your home!

We have been considering selling our place, but the thought of leaving on a moment's notice while it is being shown makes me hesitant to go through the ordeal. Your park photos are nice. Max looks like he enjoyed his outing.

Your doggie must be sweltering with this heat/humidity. Cooler weather arrived here yesterday afternoon. It changed so fast, 30 degree difference this morning!
House for sale? What are your plans?

I know what you are going through with the heat. We have had lots of rain and humidity and heat in the last 4 weeks now. I look forward to winters, although we never ever get cold here. I wish just for once we would get 50 degrees for atleast 3 months straight. That would also really help with the hot flashes I am going through right now.
Where do you plan to live at once you sell your beautiful property? Do you have a place to call home? Best of luck with the sale.

Your dog is so sweet! Maybe he wanted to sip on one of those super duper drinks! :-) It's been very humid here, too--some days in the 90s percent. Like a sauna.

Good luck with selling the house! Hope everything goes well.

I am not a fan of having a house on the market. I remember those days of vacating for it to be shown. I am wishing you the best of luck. Bonnie

Are you selling your house?

Hope your house sells quickly, I know that process can be a bummer.... and I GET the humidity issue.

the sale of a house can be un-nerving. Good luck with that. At least you had the shade of the park. Then the weather turns completely. It was 46 here this morning...warming to 71 finally. What weather, but not complaining. At least it isn't that white stuff........yet.

You're selling your house? I know I'm behind, but I didn't expect that one. I look at dogs like yours, and it just makes me hot.

Oh I wouldn't like that part of house selling! Good luck and hope it sells quickly so you don't have to suffer through that for too long!
