We get one a year. They are interesting. I had one land on my widow cell last year and I was startled as I never seen a bird like that. So I guess it flew from your place. We do not have them normal as our birds.
Mom is so envious she can hardly type. Many years ago we had a pair of them at our feeders as they were heading north for the spring. Absolutely exotic looking Hugs madi and mom
Dear Jill, I hope all is well. I am sorry for being slow with visiting but I think of you. I love these beautiful birds. They make life peaceful and beautiful. Blessings dearest. Catherine xoxo
Hi Jill, I have never seen this bird until recently a local blogger posted about seeing one. I've heard a different song sung by a bird, but have not spotted it yet! Such a beautiful spring, I'm twitterpatted. How's your Eagle friend? Take care my friend, enjoy every moment! Love, Penny
Hi Jill, that is such a pretty bird and you got some really lovely pictures of it. I haven't been to visit your blog in quite a while hopefully I will get back into blogging and visiting more often soon. Hope you are all well! :))

Pics look great.
Are these SOOC? The bird is so clear and the background is blurry. (Don't let my lack of knowledge about photography demotivate you)

Nice bird shots.
I have a question. I see you changed your template to the one I have. How did you make it wider to accomodate larger pictures??
Love the shots Jill!

I've seen them too, and I've never heard their song, and I'll have too.
I also love your post about the Goldfinch and totally agree with what you said about them, epecially on a cloudy day!!
