My Birds

I have been so excited
to see such an array
of birds arrive these last few
days!
They really make my heart sing.

Goldfinch and Pine Grosbeak

Goldfinch and Rose Breasted Nuthatch

Indigo Bunting!

I can't capture the cardinals,
but they are here.
As are the mourning doves and many others.

Alright, you can all stop laughing.
I know so many of you have GREAT
bird photos
but I still can't help playing along.

Oh my gosh - your bird friends are beautiful!

Every year we have one or two (yes 1 or 2) bright yellow birds, which I believe are Orioles that fly in with our first Hummingbirds. They stay a couple of days and keep migrating. Lots of hummers, little brown birdies, and pigeons - hoot owls at night. No pretty blue or red ones that have visited.

You are so blessed with all of your wild life!

Hugs,
Donna
