This Party is Over

The day began with a bang.
Or should I say, silence.
With 45 minutes to spare,
my hair dryer broke and into
town I had to run for a new one.

Our ride arrived right on time
and off we went to the beauty shop.

Here are before and afters
of the girls:

The weather was perfect.
And I mean perfect.
Sunny, light breeze and 75.
We dined outside.

The home for
all of the glamour.

Onto the park for pictures.

Placing the corsage...

Becky's on the right.

Beautiful couple Number 1.

Becky and her Godmother.

The threesome...
(Becky never wanting to let go of her date).

The one that decided not to go,
but joined up at Grand March
and a picture with Becky.
Grand March.

The dance...
(a little droopy from all of that dancing).

A night to remember.

Tomorrow's post:
The Stake Out
or...
Two Old Bags Hanging Out After Dark.

Isn't it typical that your hairdryer doesn't work. That's the kind of thing that happens here!!
Becky looks beautiful in her lovely dress. It looks like she had a wonderful time. What wonderful memories she will have of her day.

Love the dress! All that blue and shimmers kind of reminds me of a mermaid. I hope she'll always have fond memories :-)

My blow dryer died on Friday. I was aggravated, but now I guess I can just be grateful it didn't die right before prom ;-)
