And The Stockings

were hung by
the chimney with care.

Well, not really.
I don't have a fireplace
and therefore no mantle.
So my stockings hang here instead.

I have a confession here.
I found this little hook board
by dumpster diving years ago.
It remains one of my favorite possessions ever!

Anyway, the one stocking with Cupid's
stocking (yes, Santa fills the pet stockings too)
is an original from the 50's.  It's been in the family
all of this time. I just love it.  Santa doesn't fill it
anymore but all of you sure do!

It's a great day to say thank YOU to all of my loyal
followers and commenter's.  YOU brighten my days so much
and I appreciate the time you spend with me.

To all of my new followers,
thank YOU so much for joining my blog.
I look forward to getting to know YOU.

To all of the bloggers that I follow,
thank YOU for sharing a part
of yourself with me.
You teach me so much!

So you see,
I don't really need Santa to fill up that old stocking.
YOU all do it so beautifully!
Thank YOU!
