5 Bells

The alarm went off at 5:00 a.m.
I rolled out of bed.
Let the dog out.
Checked the email.

At 5:15, I got the girl up.
She was smiling!
Yes!
Did the breakfast thing.
Teeth brushed.
Dressed.
Hair done.
Jewelry on.
A few minutes to relax...
then out the door at 6:30 a.m.

There is a definite nip in the air,
and what I love...
ground fog.

Then off she went.
My girl.
My girl that's a Senior this year.

Where have all the years gone?

Sorry for the graininess of the photos.  Not sure what I did wrong this time.

Aww....a bittersweet day for you. I'm glad everything went smoothly, at least. And the pictures look great to me - love the ground fog!

Good luck today-for both of you!! There are times I miss my kids being underfoot. It just really makes it more special when they do come to visit.

I'll bet you feel a tad lost, hang onto this last year as much as you can!

The graininess is probably because the light at that time of day is not good, I noticed it the other morning when I took that shot of the doe at six a.m.
