I began blogging.

My life can sometimes be a bit solitary.

I was about to turn 50 and was looking for a way

to "expand my horizons" and to step

out of my comfort zone.  I have always loved to write but

do not like to journal or keep a diary.

Blogging seemed a natural, next step.

My blog, perhaps unfortunately,

has no real direction, at least not yet.

It is not what I imagined in the beginning yet

has brought me many happy surprises a long the way.

I now get to pass

this award onto fellow bloggers.

I know many don't accept awards but

I still enjoy receiving and most of all,

passing them on.
